“The frame arrived with no instructions for assembly. I had to call customer service to receive them via email. Though I appreciated customer service remedying the situation quickly, the instructions are really poorly done, and there are a couple of parts that came with the sign which are not included, so I still have no idea where they go. The sign is white and arrived with some edges that had chipped paint on them, so I'm not sure I will order this one again.”

“Great product. One of the boxes took a beating in shipping and resulted in some scratches on one of the frames, but not the end of the world. Otherwise, just perfect and competitively priced.”
