“Valerie was amazing at her job, however, the rest of the experience was not good at all. I still have signs that have fingerprints on them and when you wipe the fingerprint off, the ink wipes off the signs and it's white underneath. I ordered new signs with reflective metal and my receipt says regular metal however when I ordered it stated reflective, their system completely changes the order and I paid the pricing for reflective however did not get reflective. I am now asking for my money back on some of the signs and the rep says her manager can't help so she has to email her managers manager, that was 5 days ago and have not heard back. I could go on for hours about all the problems I already had. I would not recommend this company for any of your business and I am going to let our cooperation know also to stop using this company.”

“I thought I was ordering the much sturdier sign frame ,and very surprised when the “flimsy” ones arrived. Should have returned them ,however they were needed for immediate use.”

“You sent the wrong frames to me and 2 out 3 were broken. Did not purchase a colonial frame. Seem like your vendors are not in sync with what you are trying to deliver? Consider using a different vendor now. Have not heard back from your customer service team yet?”
