“The final product was nice, but the process was a headache. The wrong proof was printed and I was expected to cover the price for the re-print. I had to spend a significant amount of time on the phone to get a "one-time courtesy" complimentary replacement, which should have been a no-brainer since it was not my error. Again, the final product was great quality, but not worth the headache.”

“This flag is not balanced. The angle does allow for proper display of the flag. It could also be because the pole sleeve material is to stiff and doesn’t allow for flexibility”
