“I Never got the email that my sign was on hold for a design issue. I did get an email a week later that it would be sent out with potential defects if no call back asap. I called and the artwork team member was not helpful at all and said I could not get my product in time for my event unless I paid $80 for postage. I cancelled the order. I got upset, called back later got another rep who was phenomenal. She fixed the problem. The finished product was still not perfect but usable and received in time. Great work by rep2. She is an asset to your company and thanks to her I will order more products from you!!!!”
