“It works great and came quickly! The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is that the pole is slightly difficult to get into the base, but overall really satisfied!”

“This was our first time ordering from this company. The price was right. However, when we received the item, it was missing the main image. The whole center of the sign was just printed black. (We uploaded our own design and everything appeared correct on the receipt which included an image of our order.) I called the company and was very happy to speak to a human being right away. She was very courteous and helpful and she ordered our (correct) banner at no charge. We were told we would get the banner in two days; we later received an email that it was going to be delayed. We still don't have the banner but hope it will be here at the newest date promised. The three stars are for the communication and the fact that I got to communicate with a real person who, as I said, was very courteous. I'm not sure I would order again based on the issues we faced. As it stands now, we will have our banner two weeks after the start of our month-long event, which certainly isn't ideal.”
