“The sign itself looks great. However, when it arrived it wasn't assembled properly and was hard to pull out and then wouldn't retract. When I went on the chat line for help; I was told to search for YouTube videos with no other direction than that. I was able to find videos of similar products to figure out how to take the base apart, determine what was wrong, fix it, and reassemle it. It took me about 1-1/2 hours; but now it works the way it should have when it arrived.”

“I ordered this with a solid blue background and it came with a pink pattern over it. Was told the pattern was just part of the proof. It also came with a burn or mark of some sort that almost looks like a hole on one side of banner. We paid $142 for expidited shipping and recieved it late. “When I received the banner, I had an issue with it being stuck in its retracted position but I was able to get it loose with pliers. The quality of the banner is excellent and customer service was as well.”
