“I received the banner. There were no instruction with the banner. I unrolled it to see if it was correct. I could not get the banner to retract and called a friend to help me. He said the base ends were bent and a piece was missing. It had to have two pins which were to be pushed in and then it would retract. I am going to call and see if we can replace it.”

“The art dept was amazing. They called because I had a low res Facebook logo on my banner and they replaced it with high res. Not sure about the shipping dept. I received the banners in a pristine box, but one of them was banged up and bent like it was packed that way. I took it apart and hammered the bent pieces back and wound the retractable banner back up and it works fine.”

“The first banner was off center. Customer Service was great, albeit slow, about getting it reprinted and a replacement sent. However, it too was off center. Again customer service was great in that they agreed to refund our payment.”

“Never arrived. Had a guaranteed delivery date by email and phone only to be read a script answer a few days later by a worker obviously working from home repeatedly telling me “sorry for the inconvenience. New delivery date was four days later. Banners now useless.”
