“Professional looking banner, sturdy housing. Problem i there is a small but very noticeable hole ner the center of the banner. The hole immediately draws the vgiewer's eye to it and greatly detracts from the overall impression. Customer servivce initially appeared to be helpful but has not responded to my last two emails in which I asked for suggestions on how to maake things right. Replacing the banner obviously is the desired outcome. No response and it appears at this point BuildASign is just hoping I'll give up and accept their error. Very poor show as far as I am concerned. Too bad.”

“When we ordered our retractable banner it came damaged, but Build-A-Sign not only replaced the sign free of charge but they did not make us return the original damaged product. First Class Service!”

“The quality of the signs was greater than what I expected. I was a bit unsure, but everything looks great. Even the colors and alignment of the art are correct. For the money, these are 110% worth the price for anyone ineeding a retractable banner setup.”

“Banners did not arrive on time, we had to have the event center make 2 of them, which cost us $900, and one order came with a duplicate and missing one banner. Very poor work”

“I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service, quality of the banner and PRICE! I had a last minute need for a pop-up banner to be used at the largest conference of the year and didn't know if it was possible to get it dinner in time. These guys had my order out the next day and even with standard, free shipping, it arrived in plenty of time. My company usually spends 2-3x as much for the same quality. We will be using BuildASign for everything in the future.”
