“Good pricing, and good quality printed retractable banners. My only issue is that you see a price for your item, then, in my case, spend an hour or more creating the artwork the BuildASign website, and when it comes time to pay you find that the price quoted is for 'regular' service which is about 2 weeks wait. Of course you can upgrade the order and speed it up, for an up-charge. _x000D_ _x000D_ Suggestion: Offer faster standard production speed as the norm and you will build more customer loyalty.”

“The reason I say only good when I had to contact you guys is because the first representative I spoke with made me feel inferior of my computer skills. But when I had to call back the other representative I got was great! I am very pleased with my retractable banner.”
