“I never approved this order. I had worked with a representative who told me that design was going to match some color on the boarder so we didn't have white all the way around. I didn't hear from them for days until I got an email saying you needed a different file. A few hrs later (before I got a respnse regarding what file they needed) I got another email saying the design team could not match this color. This was all within a 24 hr period. So I call the rep to see what was going on. She told me they made two seperate orders. I NEVER ordered or approved a single item at this point. She then tells me that it has been on hold too long and it was going to ship and bill me if I didn't make a decsion. How can you do this when I have not given permission. She was very forceful abotu it too. Mind you this is the first day hearing about the design team not being able to do what they said they would. So I tell her I don't want any of it. Please refund me my money. She refused to accept that I did NOT make the other order and it was your error. So now here I am headed to UPS to refuse the box you left me. And mind you, I'm part of a world wide group with hundreds of business owners who utilize signage for our child care centers all the time. So for $150 some odd dollars you made my very first experience with you a garbage one. I will be sure to relay this to my colleagues and use a more well organized company going forward. Its a real shame because the pricing and value seemed great. Should have known it ws too good to be true.”
