“From the moment I pulled it out, I have been unable to completely have it go back into it's starting point. It rolls back in most of it, but the last 12 inches won't roll back in. I've tried everything. It just doesn't work.”

“I received an email notice that my design was put on hold because the top picture of our banner was not a high enough resolution. I submitted a new picture with a higher res and didn't get any response. I got another email, a repeat of the earlier email, I responded and told them that I already submitted a higher res picture. I got the banner with the older, lower res, picture on it and its pixelated and blurry. I called customer service and was on hold for over 30 minutes, which is a call center. they said they had no record of the emails that I sent. I asked them to investigate and reply to me...they never did. I finally got a hold of the art department (Dan N.) he said that yes he found the email and still requires a higher res JPEG, I contacted my designer and sent a 7000X5000 JPEG for a replacement banner. I have not heard back since then. ***NOT HAPPY***”

“The quality of the banner is good, except when it is retracted, the two gray plastic tabs tend to pop off, that really needs to be addressed. If the gray tabs are NOT attached, then the banner itself will be lost inside the base. Please look into this.”
