“I had some issues with one of my graphics and got an email that it needed to be fixed or to send a new graphic. I replied to the email with the new graphic attached three times within 4 days with no response. I called on my lunch break and waited on hold for 20 minutes before I had to hang up. I called again the next day and finally got someone and got the problem resolved, however, trying to contact them was a pain. I am more than pleased with the final retractable banner!”

“I'm so glad I found this company. I have placed several orders, a license plate and a birthday sign. Both receive many compliments. The birthday retractable banner was for a 50th and included a photo. The photo was perfect! Huge success. I would highly recommend this company. Timely delivery and excellent products.”
