“One of my retractable banners arrived very poorly done, the image was printed haphazardly on each item off centered and uneven. They are simply unusable. I've contacted customer service in hopes of being refunded.”

“I had a problem with the item showing up (which was the fault of USPS it turned out) and they not only refunded me the extra shipping cost I payed but sent me out another identical item without me having to ask at no charge. YOU CAN'T GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE! EXCELLENT COMPANY WITH EXCELLENT retractable bannerS!”
