“I ordered a retractable banner and retractable banner bungees to hang it with. I received the retractable banner but not the bungees. I reached out to their customer service team to see about getting bungees shipped or refunded and no one ever replied to me.”

“good retractable banner, but their emails crash MS Outlook 2010, looks like their emails try to load remote content, I didn't look into it further, definitely not a problem on my end. I read some reviews that others also had this issue from them.”
