“Paid an extra fee to have order received by 5/13. At 2:00pm on 5/13 received an email from Build A Sign that they were experiencing a slight delay in retractable bannerion. My order would not be arriving as scheduled. If the order had not been produced by 5/13, why did they wait to such a late date to provide me with this information? Supposedly order will ship 5/16, arrive 5/17. Will see???”

“They over charge for shipping. They ship with UPS and charge for faster delivery. I am sure this includes retractable bannerion time, but everything shipped in Texas to Texas address is one day service.”

“the images i submitted were of poor quality-my error but their sight should have caught that as soon as the images were submitted so they have some work to do on improving the experience. They lost a customer. Now I look for sights with this quality check.”

“I find it silly that the company waited until two days before the item got here to make it. I purchased it approx 2 weeks prior to when it shipped yet they waited until the last minute to make and ship the retractable banner. Had they put it into production when I paid they would have had it done without me having to pay extra for faster shipping.”

“One of two signs we made had a problem with the graphic. BuildASign replaced the problem retractable banner at no cost and promptly shipped the new retractable banner. Great vendor to work with!”
