“I like that I can design my own sign and receive a product that is 95 percent to what it looks online. However, the quality of the material used in the retractable banners is not good. Fabric and its resin coating makes it very brittle. It permanently creases if slightly bent, making it vunerable to rupture in ashort period of time. In addition, It is hard to order extra options and to get it right.”
