“I am so greatful for my sign! I had a last minute event and I was able to expedite production and delivery and it made it 48 hours before the event. I also got a ton of helo by their graphic designer who's department who notofied me that my images were low resolution. So I was able to call and speak to a live designer quickly and fix all the issues. I would defintley order again. Oh, it also came with a case which has a handle for easy transport.”

“Customer service was great. Turn around time was very quick. The overall quality of the banners we ordered is good. My only complaint was that the banner did not pull out fully to expose the entire graphic even though all of our art was within the safe zone. I was able to remove the top rail and trim an inch off and clamp the rail back on. This did allow the banner to pull fully out to see all of our graphic. It also would be nice to have the pin that stops the retraction of the banner, but this pin was not included.”

“Great quality even with my low res pictures I sent over. They reached out numerous times because it wasn't to their standards and even said... We don't recommend this you gotta send us better files and even made recommendations to adding more or less of what I sent.. If you are 6 inches away it may not be perfect but man this is super dope and can't wait for this to be on display for our upcoming shows. Step back just 1ft and this is as clear as HD TV but printed. No color blemishes, no wash out, no distortion. Thanks for the great customer service. I became a life long customer and have so many more things to buy now.”
