“The banners were delivered quickly and the design looks as promised. The only issue was that one of the poles and stand were damaged (potentially in transit?) One of the banners leaned forward all day.”

“The quality of the banner was not what we expected. After receiving the first proof and making changes as your company stated I never received a second proof indicating the image was still going to be blurry. We are not happy with the result of the product and feel we should receive a full refund, however your company stated that we will not be receiving a full refund only credit for a new purchase.”

“Ordered banner for an event that took place yesterday. Banner arrived late last night. The quality is poor. Banner is not retractable. Sign has a hole and the first one was not put together and ripped from the top. Good customer service but poor quality.”
