“Was not correct at all, waited until a few days before we actually needed the signs in hand to tell us that there was nothing the art department could do AFTER saying they would try to fix it. They said to give them 48 hours for them to get back to me, then waited FIVE DAYS to tell me they couldn't fix it. Do not use this company if you can avoid it, and YES, I am still waiting on my refund.”

“Artwork quality and process in ordering was good. However, when the banner/stand arrived the stand holder screws were bent which made the retractable feature not work. Plue the sign did not hold up well and would lean back too far, even when I used the rod/poles so I had to lean the sign on a entrance wall to ensure it did not fall back too far.”
