“I had a back-n-forth hassel about the resolution. Finally, someone said, "why don't you use our template for the text and send us a better graphic?" There was a template for the text? This is the 4-5th order and I never new that. I did that and the backdrop banners are MUCH clearer than in the past. Maybe I missed that clue in the on-line purchase process but if I missed it, others might too.”

“I should be able to order online completely. I shouldn't have to call in after I order to add a feature that is not listed in the menu. When I do call in and I question the $2 charge I am treated like I was trying to steal something and told I should have called in my order. I order during off hours there is no one there. Very rude female customer service person.”
