“I ordered two car magnets, one of the two magnets fell off the car within an hour of putting it up. When I called the service representative, there was hassle free replacement sent out. I received the replacement in mail.”

“Manager was great. Initial customer service team was not. Also, blindsided by text boundary that is not found on their website. They changed our design without our permission. Had I not checked the design the next day, they would have shipped a design we did not approve.”
