“The signs and cards were very nicely done, arrived early. The packing was the only complaint magnetic signs were crumpled in the box laid out flat and weighted brought them back to shape fine, only reason they didn't get an excellent.”

“I ordered 2 identical magnetic signs. The first arrived without the second. The second arrived at a later date. The company issues an apology for the delay. I was not in a hurry so this didn't matter to me. I did like the fact that the company, on their own, owned up to the error even though it was not a big deal to me.”

“My sandwich board got damaged in the post. I emailed the company about this and Chris Boulware of the - get this - Customer Love Team, emailed me back promising an immediate replacement, which promptly arrived. _x000D_ _x000D_ Brilliant service! I'd rate this company with 6 stars if I could.”

“The sandwich board is nice and what I ordered but it was scheduled to arrive on 6/29 and arrived on 7/7. No notice was sent that it was delayed. When I called about it they told me of the delay but I had a Grand Opening scheduled for 7/7 and didn't have the sandwich board in time to do me much good.”
