“I ordered a welcome home backdrop banner for my son's return from deployment. It was super easy to create a backdrop banner and the fact that the backdrop banners are provided for free is so awesome and a great way to honor our service people. “My order arrived before it was promised and the backdrop banners were as I ordered them. Unfortunately, there was a tear in the box and the mounting hardware had fallen out. I called customer service and they promised replacement hardware would be sent out. Two weeks later, nothing had arrived so I went out and purchased my own hardware. I won't be ordering from them again.”

“We ordered save the date magnets. We didn't know it would have a white border so that was a surprise as it wasn't mentioned when we uploaded our image. Would have preferred them without but overall great price for save the date magnets.”
