“I needed a sign quickly and had never ordered from BuildASign before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The process of uploading my artwork and ordering was so simple, the sign shipped and got to me so fast, and the quality is great!! “The printing was great... exactly the colors I was expecting, clean, and clear. I have a couple of issues... the first is the attachment of the banner to the top frame... it's off-center and one side is not attached properly. The other issue is with the stand... I didn't look closely at the pole to see that it wasn't a telescoping pole. It's in 3 pieces and flimsy, and must be put together first and inserted. Then, the banner must be pulled up to its maximum from the spring load mechanism. I'm 5'2" and now I need to stand on a chair or take a stepladder with me. Even then, I have a tough time because there is no room to pull it up high enough to attach without a struggle. I nearly broke the base trying to do it. If you purchase, opt for the better base. It will be worth the purchase. Fortunately, I only do a couple of trade shows a year, so I may be fine. It looks good when it's up, but I wasn't happy during the assembly...”

“It looks great, but the edges are already fraying because they rub against the opening and closing mechanism. You need to reinforce the edges to avoid this.”
