“As the banner was great, I felt misleaded to this purchase as you anounced online that your delivery was in 2 days. The cost to receive in 2 days was more than the cost of one banner, which was very misleading”

“Order was good. Meet shipping date as stated. Case had dent in aluminum trim, but did not stop function of the banner, so had to accept due to short deadline for event. I did report my damage and Build A Sign customer service completely took care of all my concerns by replacing the case. Not often that you do business with a company that stands behind their products like this. They earned my business because of their competitive pricing. They will keep my business because of the excellent customer service. TY Build A Sign.”

“The process of ordering a retractable from this company is pretty painful. As a Marketing Manager planning for a major event, I highly recommend finding another company for your retractables. The customer service is slow, unhelpful, and it feels like they just don't care about your order. I have ordered from other vendors before and they do everything in their power to ensure your banner or retractable or whatever comes out exactly how you want it. This company will just let you order a banner and send it to you looking bad and then ask you for a review. Well here is your review. The waiting time to even talk to a person is ridiculous. Won't be ordering from here again. If it wasn't for me taking the time to ensure they sent me proofs after every edit I made, these retractables would've been blurry and terrible looking. One of the retractables is slightly cut off on one side, and the pole that comes with it to hold it up was too long. These people care about getting orders out the door, so if you want something quick, this is an option.”
