“They didn’t provide a template. Worked with Rep to get placement correct. Then first batch of signs had word cut off. No hassles getting reprints done correctly, but they shipped them the day I needed them in hand.”

“It came out perfect!! Originally a version was sent that was created a bit off center, and they QUICKLY replied to my email with a confirmation they would reprint the sign properly! I know with the volume of orders, companies will have small errors in a product from time to time, totally understandable! The way a company handles the situation is huge. Build-a-Sign had phenomenal customer service and fixed the issue immediately. For that I am both impressed and grateful! And in the end, the product and service exceeded my expectstions! Thank you!”
