“I'm a former Air Force Security Policeman. I had saw a novelty parking sign on etsy.com (which consisted of a military patch image, and a written trespassing warning) when I waas searching for SP signs for my new house. Etsy.com didn't have any more of the signs, so I saved the image of the sign that was posted, and did a Google search of the best sign makers. Your website, buildasign.com, was one of the top listed. So I decided to go with your company. I saw that your website was very user-friendly, and it stated that all i had to do was load up my images into the sign template. I loaded up the image that I had downloaded from etsy.com, and edited it as best as I could to make a template of the sign I wanted. After placing the order, I received an e-mail from BuildASign stating that the resolution wasn't high enough. It requested another, higher resolution image. I replied and explained that the image I used on the template was the best resolution that I had. I also stated that I could send the image of the patch itself, and the person(s) working on the sign could just add the wording themselves. I didn't receive a response. About 5 days later, I received the sign in the mail. When I received it, it was as blurry (but legible from a distance) as the template that I was sent in the original e-mail. Whoever made the sign did not read my e-mail, nor did they try to improve the imagery. I plan on keeping the sign, because I've already paid for it. But I'm very unhappy with the lack of communication and the quality of the image.”
