“software to design the parking sign was easy and fun. The parking sign is made of heavy duty aluminum and looks great! My only gripe is, they sent a notice that the parking sign is shipping without the tracking number. I called customer service and had to wait around 15 minutes before someone would answer. I know I could have left my number and let them call me without losing my place in line, but we live in an area where our cell parking signals are sporadic and I would miss the call back.”
