“The product was pretty much exactly what we were expecting. However, the lack of shipping notifications and tracking information made it a little difficult for us. We have a P.O. Box and had to ship to someone else's home, but they didn't know when it would arrive and the package got misplaced by a neighbor... and it all could have been avoided if tracking was available.”
