“Not satisfied with the color outcome, my headshot color is pale, unrealistic and not the same as the file submitted. Overall color print quality is poor and non realistic. Gold logo color is pale and not as gold as the file submitted.”

“The original set of signs I ordered were dented in one corner and wouldn't fit in the frames we had purchased for them. This was due to poor shipment packaging. The replacement signs, which took 3+ weeks to arrange for, were again damaged in shipment. This time on two corners of the signs. I was very dissapointed as I specifically asked the customer care representative to have the shipping department protect the corners so we wouldn't have the same shipping problem. Customer care representatives only communicate by email & will not return your call. Several times I responded to the request for photos & got responses that said, "Thank you for the photos but what we really need is... ". I would have liked to have known exactly what they needed so I could have supplied it the first time. This happened on numerous occasions. A simple phone call could have eliminated this frustration. I'm happy with the printing of the signs but shipping seems to be a problem without damage. The biggest disappointment of all, was that we didn't have the replacement signs in time for the event we ordered them for.”
