“They delivered and something in your system changed the art and were not what I had ordered. Your agent solved the problem and said they were being corrected and resent. I have not received a shipping date or confirmation and it has been a week. Can someone please update me”

“Not great. Bought an expensive metal sign, but you shipped it in a box. These should have some kind of corner protection (styraphome or something similar). The corners arrived severly bent. I'm going to use these signs anyway... but my recommendation is that you take more care in packaging before shipping.”
