“I ordered a custom sign and post/base per the websites recommendation and when it arrived, either the post holes or the sign holes are about and 1/8" off because the second bolt does not sit flush. I have reached out to customer service, sent photos and than I just received an email back that they're not going to do anything because the sign holes are correct BUT CLEARLY SOMETHING IS NOT. The post was not cheap; wish they'd have better customer service. It's taken over a week for them to say "not our problem"”

“Y'all did a horrible job on my last order. I had initially ordered two 24”x 36” signs and received 36”x24”’s. After I called your company to complain, you explained to me that your site had the height dimensions first. (Nowhere on the site indicates or clarifies this). Fine, I received a crappy credit and then went on to order a 36”x 24” sign. However the lay out on the sign, even though it’s all the right size and direction, it’s horrible. The whole sign lettering its at the bottom of the sign instead of evenly spread out. Horrible job. I will not be using your services again”

“I think it could have been packaged for shipping better. Out of 4 signs, all 4 had corner damage or was severly bent. 6 pieces of stratigic placed styrofoam could do wonders.”
