“Shipping is expensive. My shipping was just as much as the sandwich board I was purchasing, that was bothersome. But speedy delivery, easy experience. I made a comment to customer service and they apologized & gave me a discount toward my purchase.”

“Free shipping is just the name. They force everyone to buy rush shipping. I choose free shipping and it took them 12 days just to ship the order. I live near houston and and the slowest shipment from Austin, TX should take no more than 2 business days. It took my order 14 days to arrive from the date of order that was August 31st. I believe that the turn out time could be little faster”
