“The product came exactly as ordered. I contacted customer service because I hadn't received my package. They responded quickly and confirmed the delivery time with me. It turned out the mail person just left in in the snow. But because of the packaging BuildASign used, my little window sticker didn't get wet even after snow melting and rain!”
