“This sign was a "rough draft" for an upcoming project. Buildasign noticed that the artwork was too low resolution for a truly professional outcome, and contacted us to see if we wanted to change the artwork or cancel the order. We went ahead with it anyway because it is not the final sign, and having the draft version would let us know how to tweak it for the final version. Very happy with their quick turnaround, quality of the product, and especially with their customer service regarding the artwork. This is not the first time we have ordered from them and the result is always excellent.”

“Exactly what I sent them, but I did a company chat with them before ordering. I had asked about vinyl lettering. I thought these would be cut letters, but they are on a solid background. I will have to cut myself. It will be a pain, but the price was cheap.”
