“The product LOOKED great but due to the material, it arrived bent and it cant be corrected. Like a piece of paper, it was flimsy so once you crumple or fold it, no matter how much you flatten it out, you still see where it was crumpled or folded. Unfortunately it's not nice enough to give my mom for Christmas anymore.”
