“The boxes were shipped to me without any of the 300 letters and numbers or the message board. When I called the company I purchased it from, they said that they do not take returns. They would give me a credit of $90 and call it a day! I asked to speak with a manager and they kept me on hold for more than 30 minutes, then transfered me to a survay and hung up. I called back again and spoke to a different person who agreed to refund my money and I threw the base that I received away. Now I still need a sidewalk sign! Frustrating!”
