“I loved how the license plate turned out. It was not delivered on time but the customer service lady I spoke with was great and she was ready to send out a second plate. It came two days later and it looks great.”

“I designed a license plate sign on their website and they changed the size of the address number without advising me._x000D_ They probably thought I didn't knew what I wanted, or had limitations on the sign, or thought they knew what looked better._x000D_ I wasn't contacted to inform of the change. I let it slide and did not contact them.”

“I ordered decals in different sizes, a license plate, and a t-shirt, all with my company's logo. The items arrived in a timely manner, but my logo appears grainy and faded on everything, regardless of size, though the online proof looks fine. BuildASign sent me an online survey, which I completed (including the same comments above), but no one has responded. Not likely to do business here again.”
