“I'm disappointed that I wasn't notified, before my signs were printed, that my yard sign design was created on a 18x24 format? I specified when I ordered them that I wanted 18x30, during the check-out process. Since this threw my design off, I should have been notified immediately, before it went to print as a 18x24 format on a 18x30 sign. It doesn't look right and I wasn't issued a full refund, when it wasn't my fault? I should have been notified before they went to print. And to top it off, my photo and signs were over exposed and too light. My signs did not look like what I ordered online.”
