“I tried and tried to get through to the designers that the red border should have been thicker- almost at least 1/3rd thicker. made numerous revisions, but this is not the final one i approved. also, since the border was to be much thicker, that would have reduced the block lettering boldness proportionately. it is not what i wanted. the border is not even consistent all the way around, but thinner on the top and bottom than on the sides. when i finally got the actual product, the border is not even the same thickness from the top and bottom, but off center. to make it worse, i ordered and paid extra for the deluxe package with the clear cover and frame. when the black frame is installed over the sign, you can hardly even see the borders at all anymore. your designers should have anticipated this and adjusted for it or at least warned me about the effect. this is not my signature logo. i am very disappointed.”
