“Quick, good customer service and good quality sign”

“Sign itself was great and exactly what I wanted for the best price. However, your turn around time says 1-2 weeks at checkout, and it took 3 weeks for it to be delivered. I had an issue with the resolution quality and immediately emailed customer service, to then not recieve an email back until 8 days later, making shipping now late. It didn't arrive in time for my daughters graduation so now it was pointless to get.”

“It took about a month for me to get them and thay said 3 times somebody left off a t on my last name but the signs were right. Got emailed a recent after I got signs not happy the way it was handled”
