“Signs are beautiful! However, delivery was a day late. CSR did not tell me to pay online, so we waited for over 2 hours to get a return call from the automatic dial back you offer. It says we stay in the line up. I tend to disagree. We approved proof right away and called you back to pay as you said to. It was very stressful. Also, one corner of signs got smashed in from mis-packing. Corner was not protected well enough.Should probably have a cardboard corner over it, then bubble wrap and shrink wrap.”
