“The signs came out great. No issue there. The issue is that the order was missing one of the stakes. I asked for a refund, which I did get for the stake. I had to rush around to several stores to find another stake and still never got the right size. I paid extra to expedite the signs because I needed them the next day. I asked for a refund of the expedited shipping, twice. Not only have I not received a refund, both requests were completely ignored and I never got a response. I am very disappointed.”

“The products are good, I guess, but the customer service is non existent. I still haven't received one of my riders. The colonial post didn't have installation directions and I couldn't find them on the website. One of the nuts was missing. The night I had my installation guy scheduled to set up the colonial post, I couldn't reach the helpline or chat line so I emailed and didn't receive help....5 days later and 3 messages, still no response. I just bought a nut and my installation guy figured out how to install it, with no help from build a sign.”

“Signs came in time and look great. Metal seems thinner than my other signs of the same thickness. Signs did have some damage but nothing that made them unusable. Would order again”
