“Ordered 2 signs - one with "hanging grommets" and one without. The options were - hanging grommets - grommets on all 4 corners or of course no grommets We assumed hanging grommets meant only on the top in order to hang the sign, especially since the other option referenced all 4. We paid for expedited shipping and when they arrived there were grommets on the top and bottom, with the bottom ones being through our logo and phone humber. I called to get a replacement and was told I could get one with top grommets only and pay $10. Then we got disconnected and I was sent to a phone survery. I called back but the person who answered didn't see any notes in my account and didn't know who I had spoken with. I gave up because we had already paid for expedited shipping so we didn't want to then pay another $10 for another sign. Please be aware that the "hanging grommets" are on the top and bottom. I don't know why there isn't an option for just the top. Don't put anything important where the grommets will be.”

“The signs looked great, but the packaging wasn't sufficient to protect them in shipping -- the box arrived folded in half (so the signs were also folded in half)”
