“I didn't buy this! I bought a colonial post. Didn't receive all of the parts. Received parts not on the parts list. When I called about the extra parts, the rep didn't know what one of the parts was, requested it from somewhere and said she'd send me a response. Never received. Another piece she insisted went at the area where the two posts come together. Impossible!! It went at the bottom of the the post once it was put together. I was told I would receive the missing parts but haven't yet. Hopefully they will be here soon! First time to use your company in my 15 years in business. Not sure I'll be back!”
