“The signs were beautiful, but the promise to deliver on time was the problem. We had to change our plans for putting signs into teachers' yards before teacher appreciation week began had to be changed to having teachers come to campus and pick up their signs. I realize that there are bigger jobs that can come up that are moved to the front of the line, but our job was important to us. Thank you for honoring the refund promise. It was just unfortunate the way things worked out.”
