“The team did not catch the low resolution for the background image on this piece. I accidentally uploaded a png image instead of the .svgt vector image. I wish they would have caugh that mistake and printed it with the svg. It's odd, because the same background image was used for the flag sign we also ordered at the same time, and the people caught the low resolution of that one and we were able to get it fixed.”

“The logo came out perfect, but the way it was packaged resulted in marring in multiple through the shipment process. It still generally looks alright, but there are multiple wear spots from where the cardboard was in contact with the logo. Something as simple as putting paper in between the cardboard and sign could prevent this in the future.”
