“I never got my sign - still waiting on my refund to determine if I should even try again. Disappointed, especially if the sale is gone. Thanks for your most recent order with us. We wanted to follow-up with you regarding the 30" Table Runners. My apologies but our site experienced a system glitch with your order which is preventing us from setup up production file to start printing. As a result of this , we are unable to fulfill your order at this time. The only option that is currently available will be to cancel. If you are still interested in getting the order and it will not be too late, you can proceed with placing a new order online. We have canceled and refunded that item in the amount of $62.47. This will take 72 business hours for our department to internally process however please be advised that once funds are returned to payment on file, depending on the financial institution, it may take 10-14 business days for it to reflect on your statement.
