“High quality materials and GREAT turn-around of the order and delivery. The banner pole is a shock-cord pole (similar to many tent poles), and has to be "persuaded" to go back into the banner case. That took a few seconds to figure out...but it does stow inside the case and that is nice. I was a bit surprised no basic instructions cane with the banner...but again that was not really an issue. Nice carrying/storage case for the banner. Overall very pleased with the purchase and banner.”

“The sign itself came out beautiful! My only complaint is the stand. I upgraded to the professional stand but the construction of the stand is cheap. It came with one end cracked and the sign was stuck in the stand. I'm not sure if it was dropped during delivery but I would have hoped it would be a little more sturdy. This stand needs to last me for years to come.”

“Very pleased with technical supportI received regarding having a clear graphic. Was very pleased with the finished product. Very disappointed with the retraction of the banner. The banner does not go back into the tray. I had to use a set of pliers to turn the short finger to retract the sign into the case to pack.”

“Beautiful banner! Turned out even better than I expected. It didn't come with any instructions so it took me a while to figure out how to open and display it. I love the carrying case and the banner stand.”
