“I ordered two tabletop signs with similar, but different graphics. The printing quality on both was very good. And the assembly on the first was perfect, but the alignment of the second to the display frame was off some. While I could probably use that sign, it didn't convey a sense of high quality, unlike the first. BUT, I contacted BuildASign and they were prompt in resolving the issue. Their customer service was stellar!”

“I’ve ordered a large banner and a small table top banner. I was very happy with the quality of the large banner and got a lot of compliments on it. However, the quality of the small banner was not as good. The printing quality seems to be not as good, as well as the quality control to ensure the banners are adhered to the structure appropriately. I had got a refund on my first order as it was crooked. And the second one I got to replace it came worse. I decided to jus give up on the small banner and throw it away.”
